This weeks fixation courtesy of Wes Anderson and his most recent film Moonrise Kingdom. Co-written with Roman Coppola and described as the story of two twelve-year-olds who fall in love, make a secret pact and run away together into the wilderness as various authorities try to hunt them down while a violent storm is brewing off-shore and a peaceful island community is turned upside down in more ways than anyone can handle. Scary to imagine in almost any other movie premise but here. Have I mentioned that my boyfriend Bill is in it?

Film looks great, it's been a while since the last Wes Anderson (and a little while longer since the last one I realy enjoyed!). I can see it's shaping up to have plenty of the characteristic symmetrical scenes in it too!
