These are great! I think I like gripping best, but they are all good. I am off to visit his blog now. Hope you are well and having a good start to December!

gabbi - what a find! very cool, and very you :)
Oh, the Christmas songs are wonderful, aren't they? Perhaps his new album will grow on you with time. My favorites are still ''Greetings from Michigan'' and ''Seven Swans,'' though.
Looking at these pop-ups again, I love the shadows that some of them make (Uplift and Outbreak, especially).
Hello again! Pulp just means mash it all up-or puree-but you don't need to strain. I just used a blender-I chopped the clementines up a bit first-they are quite liquidy. The only thing I did do was to take out the little woody star bit at the bottom of each clementine-before I cooked them.
That's amazing! I can only imagine how much work it is... Very impressive.
He is amazing isn't he! Thank you girls!!! Wishes for a great new week to you and yours... ♥

Amazing how pop-up papers can be so realistic!!! I'd never heard about Thomas Allen or his work, but it's a great discover for today. I love the ambiance of 50's - 60's designs, and it comes really touchy here.
The book be a perfect present for Christmas. Thanks a lot!

Hi dear Gabbi! How are you?
It's so much time I haven't visited you!
Your blog is always inspiring. This paper art is simply awesome!
Have a nice day :)

Fantastic concept. For me, the tension between attempting to make these cutouts come to life and the inherent stiffness and lifelessness the figures have make for a mesmerising combo; like butterflies pinned to a board.
ACK! you find stuff i have never even heard of! which is COOL, but i am a little jealous! lol
