Almost did some kind of an acrobatic feat today with the first glimpse at Sofia Coppola's Somewhere (2010). Partly (and embarrassingly) because I have the hugest girl crush and also because I'd been cyber-stalking this new film of hers (which she wrote and directed) for what now seems like an eternity. Said to have been inspired by two of her husband's songs, which I think makes it all the better... Love Like a Sunset, Pt. I and II (off of the Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix album). The plot is described as a hard living Hollywood actor who's forced to reexamine his life when he gets a visit from his 11 year old daughter. The 'actor' is played by Stephen Dorff and the 'daughter' by Elle Fanning. Be sure to listen for the Strokes demo of 'I'll Try Anything Once'... always has the best soundtracks!
Film set to be released December 22nd. Can't hardly wait...♥

I totally want to see it- I watched the episode of Girls Next Door that Hef's twins met with S to discuss their part in the film- I am such a big fan of S's and so I did some Internet searching! I can't wait- although Dec 22 sounds really far away!
