Oh! Peacan Pie!! I had that when I was little in the States - we got back home and my Mum looked absolutely everywhere for it to no avail!! Mr. Crow is dead scary (not! - yes he's actually cute!) the pumpkins are delightful! Have a lovely weekend Gabbi!! XX

Oh I should have noted that! The case was designed for people to step into...there was a marker at the bottom that said 'man' in front of two foot prints to stand on. I should have posted the pic I took of his feet with the little plaque.

Oh, so many wonderful things here, Gabbi! The 99 cent store! Diana is right, you really find the most wonderfully obscure things there. This reminds me of a little favorite something I picked up there a few years ago. Hmm, I may have to blog about it.
I love white pumpkins. Heck, I just love pumpkins! But, the white ones are so daydream and fairy tale like.

Oh yes, it's about time to think about pecan pie!! I recently found this recipe (http://closetcooking.blogspot.com/2009/10/sweet-potato-pecan-pie.html) and I actually had to stop Robert from buying ingredients for it today... As much as I want to eat it, I think we need to wait for a special occasion or something! Haha.. it looks so tasty.
Oh I love pecan pie too! I also wish I could make it. Or maybe not. I prefer somebody else to bake and I just happily eat :)
White pumpkins? I've never seen white ones. I'm wondering if they are white inside as well. If so, they'd be perfect to give to kids who don't like eating vegies and refuse to eat their pumpkin. Could just say it's potatoe. Most kids will eat potatoe ;)
i have been really into pumpins this fall. I got a huge white one and B and I are going to stuff one small orange one with rice, veggies and some carne for dinner on monday. we got the idea from the pumpkin vendor at the farmer's market.
Love the white pumpkins. When I was younger, I always made my mom buy me miniature white pumpkins from the grocery store - I thought they were magical! :)
