Weekend in Photos

Friday lunch at the (500)Days of Summer park...
I'm sure it has a proper name, but really don't know what it is?

Scott (the bunny) matching the sky in his blue shirt & Swedish tie.

First time trying Kogi Beef Tacos, not as good as traditional to me.
But I'm Mexican... biased maybe??

Visit to Bun-Ka-Do, one of my favorite shops in Little Tokyo.

So tempted to buy this mask, but thought maybe I should find
out if it has some sort of special significance first?

I Kokeshi Dolls!

Gearing up for a late night casino adventure we stopped at a 7/Eleven and found these STOK caffeine shots. Have you seen them before? Despite the scary warnings on the label I had one at 1am... so sleepy and then so awake! Definitely wouldn't drink daily though.

Solidifying my status as a cat lady, this was my favorite penny-slot-machine...
just me or isn't there a slight resemblance to fat George?

Wasn't a BIG win, but we didn't come out in the negative and were having such fun counting I had to photograph it. My brother-in-law wanted to do a throwing in the air shot but we talked him out of it.

Officially...

¡Wishes for a great new week mis amores!

Thank you Gabbi for the tiny slice of your life here - great fun! Yes, that does look like George although I suspect it is a chinchilla (the black eye liner around the eyes is their trade mark). Maybe George is this cat's good looking uncle? Hope you're having a lovely week! XO's

Thank you very much girls!

Yeah dear ArtPixie ♥ I did see 'Inception'! Joseph Gordon-Levitt is sickeningly handsome... :)

I didn't buy either of those Kokeshi dolls on my visit dear Mary-Laure. Tend to get a little overwhelmed by all the pretty things they carry when I'm there. But most definitely returning for the brown one... ♥

SeeHearSay, would love to be part of your weekend project. Emailing you today!
