Friendship is the shadow
of the evening, which increases
with the setting sun of life

My newest submission to the Shadow Gallery, a wonderful project that is run by the extremely talented Tracy of Hey Harriet. The Gallery is open to anyone who would like to participate. The requisites to join are simple and can be read *HERE*.

Sources: The title of the post is courtesy of Chilean poet Gabriela Mistral and the photograph is of an amazing gift that was sent to me by my friend Diana (of our.city.lights). Isn't the wrapping beautiful? I photographed it quickly before tearing into it as the sun was setting. The contents are a book of which I will be blogging about very soon...

Thank you so much Tracy for your fantastic project
and thank you Diana for my wonderful book!

A wrapped present! It's thrilling just to look at - let alone actually to open! Very curious now to see what's inside!! Hope your having a wonderful weekend sweetheart. XX P.S. Having an appalling time with my blog account at the moment - have not forgotten button though!

That is what every present should look like! Just beautiful! Wierdly, my mum is really bad at wrapping presents but my dad is really anal about it and his gifts have to look perfect. You'd think it would be the other way round. I'm excited to see what the book is! :) x
