My new submission to the Shadow Gallery, a wonderful project run by the lovely and talented Tracy of Hey Harriet. The gallery is open to anyone who would like to participate. The requisites to join are simple and can be read *HERE*.

Sources: The title of the post is courtesy of American Author Mark Twain and the photograph was taken in Los Angeles about two years ago. I'm sorry for the old photograph, but my computer is dead. You never think it'll happen to you until it does. This is a quick post from my Sister's house... I'm behind on reading all my favorite blogs now!! Sucks. Promise to visit and comment as soon as I get it fixed or replaced.

Also, thank you so much again Tracy... I the gallery!

Clouds are so amazing. I love all the changes in shape and even texture. The heaviness of the clouds in this picture is gorgeous.

Thank you for your lovely comment - it really cheered me up! When a computer dies, you start to realise how dependent you are on it! That photo is gorgeous - the colours have come out beautifully! And a tripod is a very good idea indeed - perhaps it is time to invest in one :) x

Beautiful picture. I really like how the colors are mostly shaded with tones of gray. Clouds are such wondrous things to look at and admire. I've never heard of this project before, but I'll certainly check it out.

Good news! You won my "ship in a bottle" necklace giveaway! Congrats! Please contact me at resplendent.tranquility@yahoo.com with your shipping info :)

goodness. my internet connection perfectly deserted me for two days until I somehow fixed it tday. people might say two day's not a big deal, well, it definitely is to all bloggers and many others. so i totally feel your pain, and i hope you get back soon with a recovered computer. btw, the photo looks fantastic, it seems as though photography grows more beautiful with age.
