'New Garden Book: A Complete Guide for Roses, Trees, Lawns, Shrubs, Soils and Vegetables' by Better Homes and Gardens (1968)

Found by my sister Anna at our favorite local bookstore. The photos help distract me from the stormy weather... :)

Please click *HERE* to download and to listen to one of my favorite songs, 'June 23' by Thomas Schärer. Such a beautiful song, perfect while wistfully dreaming of warmer climates.

~Thank you dear Michiko :) I always wonder if people hear the playlist I have there? You always have great songs on yours. Hope your weekend is going well...and not to stressful!xoxo

~Mine too, sometimes, I do better with the outside than the inside ones. Outside I get help from nature :) Happy Holiday's dear Mothersvea!

~It's actually pretty cold here too dear Solange, it seems more than last year. Glad you liked the photos, hope you had a lovely weekend too!

~Gracias dear Asherette, you always leave me the kindest comments. Your puppies are adorable and I'm glad you liked the song and the playlist. The song is a long time favorite of mine...xxoo

~Thank you Mary-Laure, I can't wait to see posts on your flowers! I only started my little garden about a year ago, and I still don't fully understand what I do when they suddenly die or grow on me? But it is a fun hobby... :)

~Grazie Francesca! I'm still not sure if I did it right, there's a possibly that things are a little off here and there? But I got sick of the blue and red. I look forward to your etsy shop! That little whale will be mine...hehe

~Thank you dear Geisha, it's really sort of cloudy around here too...no snow but there has been rain and it's cold! :) I can't wait till spring too. You know regarding the changing of the look of your blog, have you tried switching to Firefox? I think it works better than explorer or even safari. I don't really know very much about the technical aspects either though....I wish I did! Have a very Merry Christmas too!xoxo
